It is recommended to use once every two days to start, letting your skin adapt to retinol. Twice daily at most. Gently massage apporiate amount on face in circular motion from bottom up and outside to inside.
Do patch test before use. If persistent irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing.
